Quick covered apple pie

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 150 g butter, soft
  • 100 g sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 3 large apples, sour, e.g. Boskoop
  • possibly raisins
  • possibly cinnamon
  • possibly powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

delicious, with shortcrust pastry

Mix the egg, softened butter, sugar, flour, and baking powder into a batter. Peel, core, and eighth the apples. Pour 1/3 of the batter into a springform pan lined with baking paper as the base and arrange the apple slices on top. Sprinkle with a few raisins and/or cinnamon, if desired. Roll out the remaining batter into a circle and place it on top of the apples. Bake the cake at about 160°C for 30 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
