Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tbsp bran
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 2 apples
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
  • e.g. raisins or other dried fruits
  • e.g. sugar or honey or syrup
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Mix the flour and bran thoroughly. Grate the apples and carrot separately and add them to the flour mixture. If desired, stir in raisins or other dried fruit. Mix everything thoroughly with the cinnamon and oil. If desired, add sugar, honey, or syrup. Using two spoons, transfer the mixture to a baking sheet. Place in the oven preheated to 200°C (top/bottom heat). After 10 minutes, reduce the temperature to 180°C and bake for another 30 minutes.
