Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 small onion(s)
- 125 ml cream
- 2 tbsp ketchup, more to taste
- some butter
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Finely dice the onion and fry in butter until translucent and lightly browned. Add the cream and ketchup, simmer for a while, and season lightly with pepper. This quick sauce is a childhood memory of mine and a favorite with my children. We eat it with rice, fried fish, and vegetables.
