Mushroom cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ clove(s) garlic, fresh
  • Salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • 200 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Clean the mushrooms and chop them if necessary. Then sauté them in a little butter along with the finely diced onions. When the mushrooms have almost completely evaporated and have taken on some color, add the cream and water. Add garlic, if desired. Let it reduce slightly until the desired consistency is reached. Season with salt and black pepper.
