Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g chicken fillet(s)
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 1 can peach(s)
- 2 cups of cream or Cremefine
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp chicken broth, granulated

quick and easy to prepare
Wash the meat, pat dry, and dice it. Add oil to the pan, season the meat with pepper and salt, add it to the pan, and sear. Meanwhile, finely chop the spring onions, press the garlic, drain the peaches, reserving the juice, and dice the peaches. Add the spring onions and garlic to the meat and fry briefly. Add the curry powder, stir, then add the peaches and fry everything briefly. Pour in the cream, stir in the granulated chicken stock, and bring to a boil. Add a little of the reserved peach juice to taste. Thin with a little water if the sauce is too thick. Add salt and pepper to taste.
