Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g prawns
  • 350g spaghetti
  • 2 bulbs of solo garlic
  • 3 chili peppers
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch of parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the spaghetti al dente (I used red spaghetti, which already has a distinctive chili flavor). Shell and devein the prawns, then wash them thoroughly. Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the chili and prawns, and fry for 4 minutes. Then add the chopped garlic and cook for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper and fold in the spaghetti. Finally, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
