Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 400 g minced meat, mixed
- 400 g pork strips
- 3 bell peppers, colored
- 2 onions
- 1 small can of tomato paste
- ½ liter broth
- e.g. ketchup
- some margarine
- 1 jar Hungarian-style paprika sauce
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes

Brown the minced meat and strips in margarine. Add the finely diced onions, slice the bell peppers, and sauté lightly. Pour in the broth and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the paprika sauce, ketchup, and tomato paste, and simmer for another 20 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Serve with rice or noodles.
