easy-to-make confectionery in the microwave

Break the chocolate coating into small pieces and place it in a microwave-safe bowl with the sweetened condensed milk and butter. Melt the chocolate mixture in the microwave for about 4 minutes, stopping about 4 times to stir. Fold the almonds into the mixture. Pour the mixture into a greased and foil-lined baking dish. Lightly press the chocolate mixture into a flattened shape. Let the whole thing chill in the refrigerator. Once the fudge has set, remove it from the refrigerator and wait a few minutes (to make sure it’s not too cold), then cut it into praline-sized pieces. A delicious, quick confection that also makes a great gift.
