Turkish flatbread filled with tomatoes and feta cheese

Preheat the oven to 150°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Heat the butter or fat in a pan. Finely dice the onions and fry in the pan until golden brown. Also dice the tomatoes and add them to the onions in the pan with a little tomato paste. Halve the flatbread in half and cut a pocket into each one. Cut some feta cheese (not too much, just a tiny bit) into small cubes and add to the tomatoes. Stir lightly every now and then. When the feta cheese has melted slightly, fill the bread pockets with the mixture. Bake the pockets in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until nice and crispy. Cut the finished pockets like slices of cake and serve.
