Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg minced beef
- 3 onions
- 3 carrots
- ½ liter red wine
- 12 tomatoes, ripe
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp pesto
- some broth
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, hot

The best
Brown the minced meat with the finely chopped onions. Briefly place the tomatoes in boiling water, peel them, and dice them. Add them to the minced meat and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, grate in the carrots, squeeze in the garlic cloves, and add them. Top with the red wine. Bring back to a boil, then season with the remaining ingredients and simmer gently for 2 hours. Stir occasionally. The best bolognaise sauce in the world!
