Wash the chicken breast fillets, dry them, and cut into strips. Peel one orange, cut them into smaller pieces, and remove the pips. Juice the other orange (add a little water to make 100 ml if necessary). Mix together the orange juice, sugar, mustard, sherry, ginger, and cinnamon. Brown the sliced chicken fillets with the onions in a hot pan. Season well with salt and pepper. Deglaze with the orange juice mixture and thicken with a sauce thickener. Add the diced orange pieces and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Arrange on plates and serve. Serve with rice.
