Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g minced meat
- ½ head of white cabbage
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 yellow bell peppers
- 2 cups rice
- Soy sauce or Maggi
- salt and pepper
- Water
- oil

Cook the rice (2 cups of water and a pinch of salt for every cup of rice). Cut out the thick, white parts of the cabbage. Cut the cabbage and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces. Brown the ground beef in a wok with a little oil until crumbly. Then add the cabbage and bell peppers and fry. Add the rice and season well with salt, pepper, and soy sauce.
