Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 1 shot of whipped cream
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 rolls (wheat)
  • 100 g ham, diced
  • 3 slices of cheese
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel the mushrooms and cut into small pieces. Peel and dice the onion and garlic. Prepare the rolls on a rack lined with parchment paper. To do this, cut off the bottom and hollow out the rolls, set the insides aside, and simply tear them apart roughly. Place the top of the hollowed-out roll upside down on the rack. Heat a little olive oil in a pan and sauté the diced onion and garlic. Then add the mushrooms, and after about two minutes, add the diced ham and the insides of the rolls. Briefly fry everything together and season with salt and pepper. Then add the crème fraîche with a dash of cream and mix everything thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper and spoon the mixture into the rolls. Then place the cut ends of the rolls on top and top with a slice of cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200-250°C for about 10 minutes. Everyone has to decide how they like it best. Please stay with them!
