Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 package of pork, prepared (gyros), frozen
- 1 gr. can/n pineapple, in pieces
- 1 bottle of Cremefine for cooking
- Curry powder, amount according to taste
- oil
- possibly sauce thickener, light
- e.g. cayenne pepper

Briefly fry the frozen gyro meat in a pan in a little heated oil; it shouldn’t get crispy. Deglaze with the pineapple chunks and juice. Add the Cremefine sauce and season with curry powder. Simmer for about 20 minutes, then thicken slightly with a white sauce thickener if desired. Season to taste and add cayenne pepper if desired. Served with rice, it’s a quick and inexpensive alternative to gyros with cabbage and the usual fare.
