Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 toast bread (toast rolls)
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 slices of breakfast bacon
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Fry the bacon slices until crispy. Fry the eggs in a little butter until scrambled, then season lightly with salt. Cut the toasted rolls open and toast them. Spread the “tops” with cream cheese. Slice the tomatoes. Then top the rolls as follows: Spread the scrambled eggs on the bottoms, then bacon, then tomato slices, season with salt and pepper, and cover with the cream cheese.
