Baked minced meat rolls

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 4 rolls for baking
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • ½ bell pepper(s)
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 5 Pepper, mild, pickled
  • 1 pack of Knorr Naturally Delicious! Spaghetti Bolognese (seasoning base)
  • 100 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

with spice base

First, cut the rolls in half and scoop out the soft parts to form small hollows. Meanwhile, heat a pan with vegetable oil. Brown the minced meat. Cut the bell peppers, tomatoes (without seeds), and chili peppers into small pieces and add them to the meat. Brown them. Add 200 ml of water to the meat, stir in the seasoning, and bring to a boil for 1 minute. Let cool briefly, then add some of the cheese to the minced meat and stir. Fill the mixture into the hollows of the rolls and spread the remaining cheese on top. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 °C for about 12 minutes, until the cheese and rolls are golden brown.
