Garlic barbecue sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 jar mayonnaise (Miracel Whip)
  • 2 cups of crème fraîche
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 2 packs of frozen herbs (8 herbs or herbs de Provence)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 10 minutes

Whisk together the mayonnaise, crème fraîche, sour cream, mustard, and chopped eggs. Mince the garlic cloves and add them to the sauce. Add the herb mixture and season with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar. Tip: Make the garlic sauce a day in advance so it can infuse better.
