Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 salmon fillets, 150 g each
- 200 ml sake
- 300 ml mirin
- 300 g miso paste, light
- 150 ml soy sauce
- 2 limes, untreated, sliced
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Combine the sake and mirin in a saucepan and heat, then flambé. Remove from the heat and, once the flame has gone out, stir in the miso paste, soy sauce, and lime slices. Marinate the salmon for 20-30 minutes. Then grill or fry the salmon, brushing it with the marinade. Briefly fry the lime slices and arrange them on top of the salmon fillets when serving. Serve with rice.
