Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 80 ml soy sauce
- 60 ml honey
- 80 ml orange juice, preferably freshly squeezed
- 2 portions of salmon fillet(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes
Combine the first five ingredients. If possible, let the fish marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Grill or fry the marinated salmon until cooked to your liking (I prefer salmon that’s still nice and pink inside). If there’s no time to marinate, I steam the salmon in the marinade. Heat a pan, add the salmon and sauce, and sauté gently. Serve with potatoes, potato salad, or rice.
