Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter buttermilk, pure
  • 1 tbsp, heaped peppercorns, mixed
  • 1 tsp, leveled allspice berries
  • 1 tbsp, sautéed juniper berries
  • 3 tbsp mustard seeds
  • 2 bay leaves, dried
  • 100 ml sweet Bavarian mustard
  • 5 shallots
  • 2 cloves garlic

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 3 days; Total time approx. 3 days 10 minutes
