Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 4 tbsp, heaped mixed herbs, frozen
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 little salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients together. Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste. This recipe serves about 1 kg of chicken (coated, not marinated).
