Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp oregano
- ½ tbsp pepper
- ½ tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 handful of coriander
- ½ tbsp salt
- ¼ cup olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Blend all ingredients in a blender to make a marinade, and season to taste. Brush the marinade onto chicken breast, salmon, or shrimp and let it sit for at least 30 minutes. Reserve some of the marinade. Brush repeatedly with the marinade while grilling or frying.
