Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 tbsp herbal salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 clove(s) garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Not only does it go well with beef, you can also use it with pork.

This marinade is very simple and super easy to make. It’s still flavorful. Pour the olive oil into a bowl and add all the other spices. Finely chop the garlic and add it to the bowl. Mix everything well, and the marinade is ready. It’s perfect for both beef and pork. The meat should marinate for at least 12 hours.
