Marinade for beef steak

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bottle of dark beer
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Thyme

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

a very tasty marinade

Peel the onion and garlic and roughly chop. Combine everything in a bowl and mix well. You’ve got a very flavorful marinade that I think goes perfectly with beef. I usually use the marinade later as a sauce, as it cooks down super quickly.
