Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 100 ml brown rum (Captain Morgan)
- ½ tsp, leveled salt
- 2 tsp, leveled herbs de Provence
- 1 tsp, heaped tomato ketchup
- 2 tsp, leveled sugar
- ½ tsp, levelled pepper, black
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 2 minutes
Mix everything well. Marinate the meat in it for about 2 hours. Ideal for turkey breast, but also pork or beef steaks. Unfortunately, the marinade doesn’t work well with salmon, as it doesn’t fully absorb the marinade.
