Mandy's Captain Morgan Grill Marinade

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 100 ml brown rum (Captain Morgan)
  • ½ tsp, leveled salt
  • 2 tsp, leveled herbs de Provence
  • 1 tsp, heaped tomato ketchup
  • 2 tsp, leveled sugar
  • ½ tsp, levelled pepper, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 2 minutes

Mix everything well. Marinate the meat in it for about 2 hours. Ideal for turkey breast, but also pork or beef steaks. Unfortunately, the marinade doesn’t work well with salmon, as it doesn’t fully absorb the marinade.
