Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 375 ml mayonnaise
- 60 ml white wine vinegar
- 1 garlic clove(s), squeezed
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp mustard, hot
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp horseradish
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
A white BBQ sauce that goes very well with grilled chicken or pork.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Spread the sauce directly onto the grilled chicken or pork. It also works wonderfully as a dipping sauce for grilled chicken or pork. Leftover sauce can be refrigerated for 3-4 days. Sauce quantity: approx. 450 ml
