Fish in dill cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 portions of fish (sea fish, e.g. cod)
  • ½ bunch of dill
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 4 tbsp white wine
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Clean the fish, season with salt, and add the juice of 1/4 lemon. Marinate for about 15 minutes. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the fish for about 4-5 minutes. Deglaze with white wine, the juice of 1/4 lemon, and sweet cream. Add chopped dill and season with salt. Garnish with the remaining 1/2 lemon. Serve with boiled potatoes and a green salad.
