Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 ½ banana(s), ripe
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 80 ml milk
- 120 ml water
- 90 g spelt flour
- 90 g wheat flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Fat for the waffle iron

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, mash the banana and mix it with the liquid ingredients, then sift the flour and baking powder and mix in. Grease the waffle iron and bake the batter in batches as usual. This makes about 2 waffles.
