Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g wheat flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp, leveled cinnamon powder
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 250 g margarine
  • 3 jars of applesauce (370 g each)
  • n. B. Raisins, 100 g

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

For one baking tray (30 x 40 cm, greased)

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat), 180°C (fan oven). For the dough, mix the flour and baking powder well in a mixing bowl. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, egg, and margarine. Using a hand mixer fitted with a dough hook, mix the ingredients until crumbles form, first briefly on the lowest setting, then on the highest setting. Spread half of the crumbles on the prepared baking sheet and press out to form a base. For the filling, mix the applesauce with the raisins to taste and spread on the dough. Sprinkle the remaining crumbles on top. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 45-55 minutes. Place the baking sheet on a wire rack. Let the cake cool, then cut into pieces.
