Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg grapes, fresh
- possibly sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 2 days; Total time approx. 2 days 20 minutes
De-stem, stalk, and wash the grapes. Let them dry. Add a little sugar, if desired. Place them in a dehydrator for 1.5 to 2 days or dry them in the oven at 55 to 60 degrees Celsius (131 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit). The dried grapes are great to eat on their own or baked. They’re also delicious in muesli.
