Yogurt muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 g yogurt (e.g. yogurt-banana chocolate balls)
  • 220 g flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

makes 12 pieces

Mix all ingredients together with a whisk (not a hand mixer!). Melt the butter in the microwave first. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Pour the batter into the muffin tin. Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
