Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml mulled wine
  • 120 ml juice (multivitamin juice)
  • 250 g gelling sugar, 2:1
  • 1 shot of rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine all cold ingredients in a tall saucepan. Bring to a boil while stirring, then continue to simmer for about 4-5 minutes while stirring. Don’t forget to test the setting time. Pour the jelly to the brim into hot, rinsed jars and immediately screw on the lids. This quantity makes 2 jars of 230 ml each.
