Blackberry syrup

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 g blackberries
  • 350 g sugar
  • 100 ml water
  • 2 ½ g citric acid (1/2 sachet)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Thoroughly pick and wash the blackberries. Place them in a saucepan and mix with the sugar. Add the water and citric acid and bring to a boil. Stir vigorously. Simmer for about 20 minutes. Strain through a fine sieve, bottle, and let cool.
