Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 330 ml water
  • 330 g sugar
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 4 tea bags, black, for example Earl Grey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

A concentrate for making iced tea – makes about 1/2 liter.

Pour boiling water over the tea bags and let them steep for about 5 minutes. Bring to a boil with sugar and Citrovin or fresh lemon juice. Let it boil for a few more minutes. Pour into a screw-top bottle that has been rinsed with hot water or sterilized, for example, in a steamer. I use about 50 ml of syrup per 250 ml glass.
