Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 80 g coffee beans (mocha beans), finely ground
  • ½ liter water, fresh
  • 4 sugar cubes
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 4 pieces of dark chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Heartbeat

Pour the water into a pot and stir in the coffee. Bring to a boil and remove from the heat as soon as it boils. Add the sugar and cinnamon and repeat the boiling process three more times. Divide the chocolate pieces among four cups, strain the coffee through a fine sieve, and serve immediately. This coffee must be brewed according to the Arabic coffee rule: black as night, hot as hell, and sweet as love. Then it’s perfect.
