Iced coffee with vanilla ice cream and milk

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 espresso, double
  • 100 ml milk, 1.5% fat
  • 50 g vanilla ice cream
  • 20 ml whipped cream
  • 1 pinch(s) of cocoa powder or cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Brew a double shot of espresso and chill. Then mix it with the cold milk in a glass. Add the vanilla ice cream, top with whipped cream, and serve dusted with cinnamon or cocoa. Tip: This iced coffee also tastes great with chocolate ice cream.
