Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g raspberries (frozen)
  • 800 ml milk, fresh low-fat
  • 200 g mild yogurt
  • tbsp vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

If you like, you can prepare raspberry ice cubes the day before. To do this, place one frozen raspberry in each ice cube tray, fill with water, and place it in the freezer. Now let the remaining raspberries thaw. Place them in a blender with the remaining ingredients and puree. Pour into glasses, adding one to two ice cubes to each.
