Camembert pancakes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 125 g flour
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 g Camembert(s), sliced
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 12 tsp oil
  • 100 g jam (cranberry jam)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Separate the eggs. Whisk the flour with the egg yolks, milk, and salt until smooth. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Fry 1/4 of the batter in 1 teaspoon of hot oil on each side for about 2 minutes until golden brown. Place the pancakes on a baking sheet, top with the cheese, and grill for about 2 minutes. Heat the remaining oil and fry the parsley in it. Serve the pancakes with the parsley and cranberry jam.
