Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 handful of cherries
  • 1 handful of strawberries
  • ½ banana(s)
  • 1 small piece(s) of watermelon
  • 1 small piece(s) of honeydew melon
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt
  • possibly sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

simple, healthy and delicious

First, wash and cut the fruit (cut the leaves off the strawberries, remove the pits from the cherries, peel the banana, and separate the flesh from the melons and remove the seeds). Then puree the cherries. I then pass this through a sieve, otherwise the skin residue ends up in the drink. Then puree the other fruit and mix it with the cherries. If you like it a little sweeter, you can add a little sugar. Then add the yogurt, stir twice, and the smoothie is ready.
