Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g potatoes (preferably from the day before)
- 150 g flour
- Salt
- 80 g butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Salt the boiled, peeled, and mashed potatoes and mix them well with the flour. The batter should be greasy but fairly smooth. Toast it in hot butter like a pancake in an omelet. The potatoes should be absolutely non-sticky. This potato swirl is best served with compote or buttermilk.
