  • 1 garlic clove(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, prepare: Boil the potatoes, finely chop the onion and garlic, and cut the sausage into small cubes. Preparation: Peel the hot potatoes and press them through a potato ricer. Mix the butter into pieces with the potatoes and stir in the remaining ingredients (flour, salt, egg, sausage, onion, and garlic). Form a roll about 5 cm thick and cut into 1 cm thick slices. Shape these into patties, heat a little oil in a pan, and fry the patties until golden brown on both sides. Seasonal vegetables can be used instead of the sausage. Leaf salad goes best with this.
