Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ tsp Matcha tea (Japanese green tea powder)
  • 50 ml water, warm, 80 °C
  • 200 ml milk or soy milk (e.g. vanilla), frothed
  • e.g. sugar or honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Matcha Latte is my new Latte Macchiato

Place the matcha in a bowl and mix well with a little warm water. This is best done with a special matcha whisk (chasen). Heat the milk or soy milk and add it. Sweeten with sugar or honey if desired.
