Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 lemon(s)
- 4 small pears, sweet
- 50g Gorgonzola
- 2 tbsp butter, soft
- 2 tbsp nuts or pine nuts, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes
Father with Gorgonzola
Squeeze the lemon. Peel the pears, halve them, remove the cores, and slightly enlarge the hollows. Brush the inside and outside generously with lemon juice. Beat the cheese and butter until fluffy and fill the pears with this mixture. Press two halves together and roll each in the grated nuts. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
