Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 avocados
  • ½ tomato(s)
  • 1 tbsp onion(s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Avocado cream

Peel and slice the avocado. Place it in a bowl and mash it until creamy. Finely chop half a tomato. Chop the onion and add it to the avocado along with the tomato. Chop the garlic and mix it with the cream. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
