Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g water
- 300 g sugar
- 50 g all-spice
- 6 peppercorns
- 8 carnations
- ½ tsp nutmeg, freshly grated
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 200 ml rum, 75%
- 100 ml rum, white, 40%
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
First, make a syrup from the water and sugar. Bring the water to a boil and stir in the sugar until dissolved. Then let everything cool. Combine all the remaining ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, then bottle and pour in the sugar syrup. Have fun trying it! Alex from TrinkBar
