Gorgonzola dip

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150g Gorgonzola
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 100 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 6 gherkins (cornichons)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder and cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mash the Gorgonzola. Mix the cream cheese with the milk and tomato paste. Chop the bell pepper and gherkins into small pieces, peel the tomatoes, and chop them finely. Mix everything together and season with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and paprika. Let it sit for a while. It’s perfect for fondue.
