Peel and finely chop the ginger. Bring the water to a boil and simmer the tea for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, juice three oranges. Peel the fourth orange and cut it into four slices. When the ginger tea is ready, add the orange juice and season with sugar. Place the orange slices in the cups and pour over the tea. This tea is very warming. Thanks to the essential oils in the ginger, it’s also highly recommended for colds.
