Lemon iced tea

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter of water
  • 4 tsp black tea
  • 20 ice cubes
  • 4 lemons
  • 100 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Boil the water and pour it over the black tea, let it steep for 3 minutes. Juice the lemons. Strain the tea and pour it into a bowl. Add the juice of 2 lemons and the sugar, and stir until the sugar dissolves. Then add all the ice cubes at once. This chills the tea, making it taste better and also cool. Dip the rims of the glasses in lemon juice, let them drain, then dip them in sugar and let them dry. Pour in the iced tea, place a lemon slice on the rim, and serve.
