Turkish sheep cheese dip

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of sheep’s cheese
  • 1 pack of cream cheese
  • 5 tomatoes, dried
  • 5 peppers, pickled
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp pepper, fresh
  • chili
  • a few stalks of parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Using a hand mixer, puree the sun-dried tomatoes with the bell pepper and garlic. Cut the feta cheese into small pieces, add it, and puree. Using a regular dough hook, mix the cream cheese and spices. Add chili and finely chopped fresh parsley to taste. We like it spicy and add 1/2 teaspoon of habanero chili powder to taste. A delicious dip for a buffet, barbecue, or just on its own.
